Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of lowkkey.com and the lowkkey platform, operated by Wayne Enterprises. By applying to join or engaging with us as a brand, you agree to these Terms.
The lowkkey network
lowkkey is a creator network and brand partnership platform. It is not a talent agency. Creators who join sign a separate Creator Onboarding Agreement (6-month term) under which all brand deals are routed exclusively through lowkkey and 30% of monthly reel output is allocated as lowkkey collab posts.
Creator earnings
Creators keep 100% of their campaign earnings. lowkkey charges brands a platform and management fee; there is no revenue share taken from creators.
Brand engagements
Brand campaigns are managed end-to-end by lowkkey. Roster access is read-only and all creator coordination is mediated by lowkkey.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent lowkkey to contract creators directly, or submit false information in applications or enquiries.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi. Questions: hello@lowkkey.com.
